What you can do on MyPension

The features available to you within MyPension include:

  • Monthly online payslips
  • Copies of annual P60s
  • Copies of pension increase letters
  • Access personal information
  • Useful information and links

Accessing your information – multiple records

If you have more than one record on our system (perhaps resulting from a previous period of service), you can select the record you want to look at by clicking on 'Switch membership' in the top right hand corner.

Clicking on 'Switch membership' will show the available member records, with the default record highlighted.

Can I update my personal details, such as my address?

You can amend your personal details including email addresses, phone numbers and postal address by selecting 'Your Details' from the Benefits Dashboard page.

What is the 'no liability' period of membership I see when I log in?

This will not apply to all members. If you see this, it relates to a previous period of membership which has been transferred and included with a later period of membership and benefits. It is displayed purely for information purposes, with limited data available to view.

What information does my online payslip show?

Your online payslip will show everything that appears on the copy you currently receive in the post, but it may also display additional data. You will be able to view a payslip online every month, whereas currently hard copy payslips are only sent to you when your net monthly payment changes.

Problems viewing payslips and P60s?

Select which payslip or P60 to display using the selection year and date drop down lists. Click the 'Download' button for the selected payslip or P60.
